The Opportunity

As a Gutter Installer, you will take ownership of full projects from setup to completion, working on a variety of homes and commercial buildings across Austin. You will be trusted to deliver clean, accurate installations that keep properties dry and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do

• Install and replace gutter systems, downspouts, and related components on residential and commercial properties to meet job specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble gutter materials accurately so systems fit cleanly and function properly.
• Inspect job sites, check for proper slope and water flow, and make adjustments to ensure long-term performance.
• Diagnose issues with existing gutter systems and complete repairs and maintenance to extend system life.
• Follow all safety procedures, use hand and power tools correctly, and maintain a clean, organized job site from start to finish.

What Success Looks Like

• Within the first few months, you can independently complete standard gutter installs that pass quality checks and meet company standards.
• Jobs are completed on time with minimal callbacks, and customer feedback consistently reflects professional work and clean job sites.
• You reliably follow safety protocols, work comfortably at heights, and help maintain a safe environment for yourself and your crew.
• You communicate clearly with your team and supervisor about job progress, material needs, and any issues that could affect schedule or quality.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in gutter installation, roofing, or general construction preferred, with the ability to learn our methods quickly.
• Comfort using hand and power tools safely and effectively in a physically active, outdoor job.
• Ability to work at heights, lift and carry materials, and handle the physical demands of the role.
• Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing quality work every day.
