This role involves hands-on installation, job site safety, and collaboration with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install skylights, daylighting systems (e.g., Solatube), and related components</li><li>Perform general carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects</li><li>Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications</li><li>Follow company safety standards and job site procedures</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment</li><li>Communicate with team members regarding job progress and requirements</li><li>Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in carpentry, construction, or installation work preferred</li><li>Familiarity with hand and power tools</li><li>Ability to follow safety guidelines and complete safety training</li><li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical work</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver's license</li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li></ul>
